Arriving at Tweed Elementary School. The Shield has put out the Welcome mat.

Not often you get to race a Cop

Todd Smith enjoying ice cream. Great day at St Carthagh Catholic School

Mayor Taso Christopher enjoying ice cream with help from Shaker at Harmony Public School

Guess who likes ice cream? Jordan….that’s who. Ice cream challenge winner! The Mayor TRIED but, not even close.

The end of day 5 also brings about the end of week 1 for the ‪#‎P4H2016‬ crew. Another 59kms behind us, and another $6502.00 raised. Today’s inspiration was brought to us by some pretty fantastic peeps Tweed Elementary School, St Carthagh Catholic School and Harmony Public School. More laughs, more ponytails donated(thank you, ladies), Shaker, shaking it all over the place(I’ve heard through the grapevine, that Shaker will be sleeping until Monday).
More head shaves, more bicycle races (why does it seem that the Police NEVER win these things? Rigged? 😉)

Now that we’ve summed up day 5, let’s recap this amazing week. 320kms covered, and over $35,000.00 raised. ‪‎WOW!‬ A more complete breakdown of donations can be found on our web page pedalforhopequinte .ca check it ouuuuut!
Astounding work by each and every one of you kids.

WeBelieve‬ together, we can conquer!

Next week brings more pedaling, more dance party, more shenanigans…more everything.
I promise we’ll wake up Shaker in time.

Please make sure to check out our Facebook page over the weekend, as there will be a TON of pics and videos uploaded over the next couple of days.
Please share our twitter, Facebook, and webpage. Your “word of mouth”, is just the kind of awareness raising that works best.

Love from the ‪#‎pedalforhope2016‬ crew.
